Renters are able to request that a parcel be forwarded to another address. The renter must request what forwarding service they would like to use to have that parcel sent off, and this is where you enter those forwarding options into the platform.


To add Forwarding Services follow these steps: 


  • Log in to your Dashboard, and click Admin.

  • Click Mail from the sidebar menu.

  • Click Forwarding from the top submenu.

  • Enter the Forwarding Services you wish to offer.


Most operators enter at least a half dozen offerings, including a "Least Expensive Option" offering.
