How does it work?
We want to ensure that you are aware of our payment process. Payments are deposited into your bank account on the 15th of every month, or the following Monday if the 15th falls on a weekend. To support a more efficient and eco-friendly approach, we utilize ACH direct deposit for domestic payments and either Transferwise or Veem for international payments instead of paper checks. You will notice that all disbursements will be listed under the name BUGO, LLC on your statement, so you can quickly and easily identify us.
How much will this cost me?
Each month, we calculate the total amount of money collected from your customers, based on the previous month's revenue. For example, if your disbursement date is September 15th, the amount collected will be from August. From there, we automatically deduct our 5% management fee and subtract your ATMB fees for the digital mailbox services. If the customer was generated by ATMB, the fee is $5.50 per month, and if you generated the customer on your own, the fee is $3 per month. We want to make sure that you have access to all of the information you need, which is why you can easily view your ATMB Invoice and Earning Statement in your operator portal under "admin/account/statement".
What about customers who don't pay their bills?
One of the many benefits of our Merchant Services package is that you don't have to worry about chasing customers who aren't paying their bills. We take care of managing any delinquent balances as part of our service, so you can focus on running your business. We understand the importance of timely payments, and we work hard to ensure that your revenue stream remains stable and predictable. Additionally, we do not charge you for non-paying customers, so you can have peace of mind knowing that we've got you covered.
