Partner Support Operating Hours & Contact Options

We offer several ways to reach our Partner Support team. 


Phone Support

Live Phone Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)

AI Phone Support

Available Outside 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Pacific Time)

If you call outside live phone hours, our AI Phone Support will assist you.

The AI can:

  • Provide general information

  • Help with common partner inquiries

  • Guide you through basic steps

  • Initiate requests

Note: If your concern requires a human agent, a support ticket will automatically be created for follow-up during business hours.


Chat Support

Available: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM  (Pacific Time)

You can chat with a live agent during chat support hours for real-time assistance.

To start a chat:

  1. Visit our website, service.anytimemailbox.com or once logged in on your Dashboard

  2. Click the “chat bubble” located in the lower right corner.

  3. Select “Operator Support”.


Email Support

Available: 6:00 AM to 9:00PM  (Pacific Time)

To submit a ticket through our website:

  1. Go to service.anytimemailbox.com or on your Dashboard, hover the dropdown beside your name and click “Get Help”

  2. Click “Login” on the upper right side

  3. Once logged in, go to the upper-right corner

  4. Click “Submit a Ticket”
