How to Upload Customer Documents in the Partner Portal

This guide explains how to upload customer documents through the Anytime Mailbox Partner Portal for:

  • General customer files

  • New applications

  • Reverification (USPS Compliance & Forwarding Address)

  • Additional authorized recipients

Following these steps ensures documents are uploaded accurately.

Access the Customer Profile

  1. Log in to your Partner Portal.

  2. From the main dashboard, click on Customers.

  3. From the left-hand menu under Customers, choose the appropriate section based on the type of upload:

  • Renters → General files

  • Applications → New applications

  • USPS Compliance → Reverification / Forwarding Address

  • Authorized Recipients → Additional authorized recipients

Upload General Files (Renters Section)

Steps:

  1. Click Customers → Renters.

  2. Use the search bar to find the customer’s name.

  3. Click the customer’s name from the results.

  4. Go to the Files subtab.

  5. Click the blue “Upload Files” button.

  6. Select the file(s) you want to upload.

  7. A pop-up window will show the upload progress.

  8. Once complete, a green circle with a checkmark will appear.

  9. Click Done.

The file will now appear under the customer’s profile.

Upload Documents for Applications

Steps:

  1. Click Customers → Applications.

  2. Search for the customer’s name.

  3. Click the customer’s record.

  4. Scroll down to the Files section.

  5. Click Upload.

  6. In the pop-up window:

    • Select the file type.

    • Provide any required details.

      • Example: For IDs, select the ID type and upload front and back images.

  7. Upload the file(s).

  8. Wait for the green checkmark indicating success.

The document will appear in the customer’s application profile.


Upload Documents for Reverification (USPS Compliance / Forwarding Address)

Steps:

  1. Click Customers → USPS Compliance.

  2. Search for the customer’s name.

  3. Click the customer’s record.

  4. Scroll to the Files section.

  5. Click Upload.

  6. Select the appropriate file type and upload the document(s).

  7. Wait for the green checkmark confirmation.

Files will be saved under the customer’s compliance/reverification profile.

Upload Documents for Authorized Recipients

Steps:

  1. Click Customers → Authorized Recipients.

  2. Search for the customer’s name.

  3. Click the customer’s record.

  4. Go to the Files subtab.

  5. Click the blue “Upload” button.

  6. Select the file(s) to upload.

  7. Monitor the upload progress in the pop-up window.

  8. Once complete, confirm the green checkmark appears.

  9. Click Done.

The document is now uploaded to the authorized recipient’s profile.
