Log in to your Partner Dashboard using your administrator credentials.

Only users with administrative privileges can manage other users’ permissions.

Step 2: Navigate to Users

Once logged in:

You will see the Users page, which displays all users who currently have access to the partner dashboard.

This section will show:

  • User roles and access status

Step 3: Select the User to Manage

To update permissions:

  1. Click the name of the user you want to manage.

  2. The system will open the User Details page.

This page contains the user’s profile information.

Step 4: Manage User Privileges

After the Details section, you will see the Permissions or Privileges section.

This section allows you to control what the user can access or manage in the dashboard.

You can enable or disable access to the following features:

  • Manage Account Settings
Allows access to Admin > Account Settings, including payment and disbursement information.

  • Manage Application Settings
Allows editing of Terms and Conditions and geographic restrictions.

  • Manage Customers
Allows access to Customers > Renters. Users can view customer lists, edit customer information, and unassign or delete customer mailboxes.

Allows access to API keys under Admin > Developer Access.

  • Manage Mail Settings
Allows editing forwarding offerings and supported carriers.

  • Manage Mailboxes
Allows users to add mailboxes and modify mailbox statuses under Mailroom > Mailboxes.

  • Manage Service Plans
Allows modification of service plans or creation of new plans.

  • Manage Shipments
Allows access to shipment management features.

  • Manage Users
Allows the user to edit privileges of other users and create new users.

  • View Resource Articles
Allows access to ATMB resource articles and announcements from the dashboard.

Step 5: Save the Permission Changes

Once you have selected the appropriate permissions:

  1. Check or uncheck the privileges you want the user to have.

  2. Click Update.

The system will automatically apply the updated permissions to the selected user.

Best Practices

  • Only grant Manage Users access to trusted administrators.

  • Limit access to sensitive settings such as Account Settings and Developer Access.

  • Review user permissions periodically to ensure they match current responsibilities.
