We're excited to share some information with you about how to make changes to your service plans.
Whether you need to adjust the monthly or annual rate or make changes to allowances for scanning, incoming mail items, and more, this article will guide you through the process step by step.
We understand that your needs may change over time, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to customize your service plans to fit your evolving needs.
If you're considering making changes to your service plans, there's an important question to consider: Do you want this change to apply to existing customers as well?
If YES,
From your Dashboard go to Customers.
On the left menu, click on Service Plans.
Select the Plan you wish to edit from the list.
Make the necessary changes.
Then hit Update on the bottom to save your changes.
In doing the steps above, you have to make sure that all of your existing customers that are subscribed to the plan are notified of the changes you are making.
If NO,
From your Dashboard go to Customers.
On the left menu, click on Service Plans.
Select the Plan you wish to edit from the list.
Click Copy on the bottom. This creates a new plan named "Copy of __".
Go back and click on the existing plan again this time unchecking all boxes except "Internal" on the Visibility field.
This means the plan is only known to you and all existing customers.
Rename this plan appropriately (e.g. Bronze Legacy) and hit Update on the bottom to save your changes.
Go back and click on the "Copy of __". Change the name of the plan from "Copy of _" to only the name (e.g. Bronze).
On the Visibility field, make sure to put a checkmark on your signup URL for new and existing customers, and the Anytime Lead-Gen Website.
Finally, make the necessary changes on the Details and Allowances tab, and hit Update on the bottom to save your changes.
It is important to send a notice to your active customers before making updates to their service plans, so they are informed and any issues/disputes can be avoided.
