View All Pending Applications

You have the option within your dashboard to view all applications, old and new. 

To view all your applications, follow these steps:

• Click on Customers 

• Click on the Applications sub-tab on the left hand side

• There are 2 filter boxes which you can change to view which applications you would like to view

You can view the renter applications by:

• Source 

  • Direct 

    • Customers who signed up via your own URL

  • ATMB

    • Customers who signed up via our LeadGen website

• Status

  • Approved

    • The customers application has already been approved

  • Rejected

    • The customers application has been rejected at this time

  • Under Review

    • Pending your final approval

  • Pending 

    • The customer has successfully sign up for a mailbox but we are waiting for them to submit their verification requirements 

  • Canceled 

    • The customer has canceled their application
