How does the new billing system affect current customers vs. new customers?

For existing customers, their billing date will move to the date your location transitions to the new billing system.

  • For example, if your location transitions to the new system on February 25, current customers will be invoiced and charged on the 25th of each month going forward.


New customers
are billed based on their sign-up date.

  • For example, if a customer signs up on March 1, they will be invoiced and charged on the 1st of each month.
