With the new billing, what happens if my customer doesn't pay?

Billing Migration Notice:  This article may not apply to you if you have not migrated yet. To see if you have been migrated, please review the article:  How do I know if I am on the new billing system?

No changes in the current process. If a customer's payment fails, Anytime Mailbox sends email notifications and places their account in Non-Payment Lockout, restricting mail access.


Payments are retried for two billing cycles, and if unsuccessful, the account is automatically closed.
