Our new billing system automatically calculates and applies sales tax.
Sales tax is calculated on the total of taxable items and then added to the invoice total.
Please note that sales tax is charged only in states where Anytime Mailbox has sales tax nexus.
This means we have reached the state’s threshold (usually based on revenue or sales volume) and are legally required to collect tax and remit it to the state.
