I’m completing a forwarding request, but I don’t see the “Charge Now on Card” option anymore. How do I charge the customer for shipping?

Billing Migration Notice:  This article may not apply to you if you have not migrated yet. To see if you have been migrated, please review the article:  How do I know if I am on the new billing system?

After migration to the new billing system, the “Charge Now on Card” option is no longer available.

Instead:

  • Shipping fees are handled through the new billing system.

  • When completing a forwarding request, you will select “Add to Next Invoice.”


This ensures the shipping charge is properly billed to the customer through the system.

Your earnings and disbursement schedule are not affected. Anytime Mailbox will collect the payment from the customer, and you will continue to receive your earnings as usual for the services you provide.
