Billing Migration Notice:  This article may not apply to you if you have not migrated yet. To see if you have been migrated, please review the article: How do I know if I am on the new billing system?

As part of the Anytime Mailbox Billing Modernization initiative, we are upgrading our billing system to improve visibility, reporting accuracy, and overall transparency.

We understand that billing changes can raise important questions. Below is a clear comparison of what is changing and what is not so you know exactly what to expect.

OLD Billing System

NEW Billing System

Customers are billed at the beginning of the month (invoice on the 1st, payment on the 5th)

Existing customers transition to a new recurring billing date beginning on your scheduled migration date. New customers on their sign-up date.

All customers share a fixed billing date

All customers will be billed based on their individual recurring billing date

Limited billing and accounting visibility

Real-time billing and accounting visibility

Standard partner portal experience

Enhanced partner portal experience with expanded reporting

Limited tax visibility in invoices

Clear tax line item displayed (when applicable) to ensure tax compliance based on customer’s billing zip code

Standard Invoice, Earning Statement & Disbursement layout

Enhanced Invoice, Earning Statement layout with clearer line-item detail and improved readability

What’s not changing

This billing modernization initiative will not change

  • Your Service Plan Pricing & Allowances

  • The current Billing Cycle

  • Your Disbursement timing (10th or 15th)

  • Your revenue structure

  • Or require operational changes from you
