How can I change a customer’s service plan?

Billing Migration Notice:  This article may not apply to you if you have not migrated yet. To see if you have been migrated, please review the article:  How do I know if I am on the new billing system?

After your location is migrated to the new billing system, service plans can no longer be changed directly through your portal.

If you need help to update a customer’s service plan, please contact our support team.
