Earning Statement Overview

Your Earning Statement provides a detailed summary of the revenue earned at your location during a specific billing period.

Earning Statements are generated between the 10th and 15th of each month and reflect earnings from the previous statement period.

The statement includes:

  • Revenue earned from customer services during the covered period

  • Any applicable fees or deductions

  • Your final total earnings


Below is a detailed explanation of each section shown in your statement:

  1. Anytime Mailbox Information

Displays Anytime Mailbox’s company address and contact information for billing-related inquiries.


  1. Earnings Statement Number

A unique reference number assigned to your statement for tracking and identification purposes.

  1. Date & Amount

Shows the date the statement was generated and provides a quick view of your total earnings for the period.

  1. Recipient

Displays your business name and mailing address associated with the account.

  1.  Account (Site ID)

Shows your assigned Site ID number and email address. Site ID is a unique number to identify your location's information in the system and is essential information required for verification when you contact us by phone or chat.

  1. Earnings Breakdown

Provides a detailed view of service earnings collected from customers during the statement period.

Each line item includes:

  • Virtual Mailbox Fees

  • Virtual Mailbox Additional Services

  1. Invoice Deductions

Lists of fees deducted from your earnings before calculating the final total. These  includes:

  • Software Subscription Fee

  • Management Fee

  • Sales Tax (if applicable)

  1. Total

Shows your final earnings after all deductions.

  1. Statement Coverage

Indicates the start and end dates covered by the Earnings Statement.
