Can I continue to post transactions or charge customers' credit cards using the portal?

Billing Migration Notice:  This article may not apply to you if you have not migrated yet. To see if you have been migrated, please review the article:  How do I know if I am on the new billing system?


No. After your location is migrated to the new billing system, you will no longer be able to:

  • Post manual transactions

  • Apply credits

  • Charge a customer’s credit card directly

These actions are now managed by Anytime Mailbox.
