What Is Billing Migration?
Billing migration is part of the Anytime Mailbox Billing Modernization project.
It refers to the transition of your location from our current billing system to our new, enhanced billing platform.
What to Expect & When
The billing migration begins: February 25, 2026.
From there, locations will transition in scheduled waves through July 2026.
When Will My Location Be Migrated?
Locations are being migrated in phases instead of moving all locations at once to monitor performance and stability.
To support a smooth and fully transparent transition, you and your customers will receive advance email notifications before your location is scheduled to migrate. We will also display in-app banner reminders within your portal leading up to your migration date.
