We understand that sometimes renters may have expired or incorrectly entered credit card information. To help you manage this, we've put together a guide on how to update these credentials from your operator account. Please keep in mind that once the information is updated, the system will not attempt to charge the renter's card until the next billing cycle. 

Step-By-Step Guide

  • Click Customers from the top menu

  • Click Renters from the side menu and select the Renter's name

  • Click Payment from the sub menu

  • Enter the updated credit card information

  • Select Update
