Renter's credit cards may expire or be incorrectly entered. This guide explains how to update these credentials from the operator's side. Note that once updated, the system will not attempt to charge the renter's card until the next billing cycle.

Step-By-Step Guide

  • Click Customers from the top menu

  • Click Renters from the side menu and select the Renter's name

  • Click Payment from the sub menu

  • Enter the updated credit card information

  • Select Update
