Mailbox Maintenance

At Anytime Mailbox, we strive to provide a streamlined and automated experience for our users. However, we understand that there are times when automation may not be the best option.

Mailbox maintenance is one of those instances where customization is necessary. As each operator has their own unique situation, we provide the flexibility to customize your mailbox setup to suit your specific needs.

We realize that this can be a challenge, but we are here to assist you every step of the way!

Remember that you can create new mailboxes at any time.

Available, Reserved, and Assigned:

  • Available mailboxes

  • Available mailboxes are only visible to you, the operator, and can be used to manually add customers to the platform.

  • Reserved mailboxes

  • These are available boxes that customers can select when they sign up for a digital mailbox through our website. These mailboxes are reserved exclusively for online sign-ups.

  • Assigned mailboxes

  • These are any mailboxes that currently have an assigned customer.

  • Pending Assignments

  • These are mailboxes that have been reserved by a customer during signup, but their information won't appear until all of their required documents have been submitted and their application has been approved by you.

Key points to remember:

To ensure that you never miss out on any potential new customers, we highly recommend that you always have a minimum of 100 reserved mailboxes available. This way, you can rest assured that you'll have enough mailboxes to accommodate any sudden influx of sign-ups. Our research has shown that this is the best practice to follow.

The best part is, reserving mailboxes is completely free of charge, and there's no limit to how many you can reserve. So why not take advantage of this opportunity and reserve as many mailboxes as you need?

In order to help you keep your mailbox operation running smoothly and efficiently, we recommend that you keep an eye on any customers who may have canceled their service or fallen behind on payments. To avoid overcharges or fees, it's important to un-assign these renters by following these simple instructions we provide.

By taking just a few minutes out of your day to check on these things regularly, you can save yourself the hassle of refunds and potentially increase your revenue.
