When a customer requests to forward a parcel to another address, they have the option to select a forwarding service from the choices you provide in the platform.
We understand that different businesses have different preferences when it comes to shipping and delivery options. That's why we give you the flexibility to let your customers choose a generic option like 'Fastest' or 'Least Expensive', or to offer them the choice of a specific carrier. It's completely up to you!
To enable your Customers to select specific carriers for forwarding requests, follow these steps:
Log in to your Dashboard, and click Admin.
Click Mail from the sidebar menu.
Click Forwarding from the top submenu.
Enable the toggle for Allow Renter to Select Specific Carrier and Service and click Update to save your changes
