Disable Non-Payment Lockout Entirely

If you prefer, you have the option to disable the Non-Payment Lockout system for all of your customers. 

This means that even if a customer's credit card declines, they will still be able to access their mail and will NOT be locked out of their account. 

If you choose to disable this system, please keep in mind that it will apply to all of your customers and may affect your ability to collect payments in a timely manner.

  • From the Dashboard, select Customers.

  • Select Service Billing on the left sub menu.

  • Under the Options tab, switch Non-Payment Lockout to OFF.
