How Do I Move the Mail into the Shipment Bundle When Completing a Forward Request?

As part of completing a forward request in the system for a customer, you will need to move the mail items into the shipment bundle sections (move from left to right).

To do this, you will need to Drag & Drop the mail items over into the shipment bundle. 

Please follow the steps below:

  • Hover your mouse/cursor over the three lines next to the mail item (hamburger stack icon)      

  • You will see your cursor icon change to a hand (this means your n the right spot)

  • Then, you will need to Drag & Drop (click & hold your mouse) and move the item into the shipment bundle

  • When doing this, you will see the shadow of the item moving, once its over the shipment bundle you can release your mouse (stop clicking it) and it will appear in the shipment bundle 

  • If there are multiple items in the forwarding request, the simply repeat the same steps until all items are showing in the shipment bundle
