Sometimes, a piece of mail might accidentally get assigned to the wrong renter. 

If this happens, the renter can let us know that the mail doesn't belong to them. 

We'll move the mail to your Pending Assignments, where you can re-assign it to the correct mailbox/renter.

To manually unassign mail from the renter’s account follow these steps:


  • Log in to your Dashboard, and click on Customers.

  • Under Renters, select or search the renter's name.

  • Click on the Mailboxes tab and click the Gear Icon on the right side of your screen.

  • A drop-down box will appear and click on View Assigned Mail.

  • Select the mail to undo and click Unassign at the bottom right of the page.
