A piece of mail may occasionally be assigned to the wrong renter. When this happens, the renter can mark a piece of mail as not belonging to them.
Once the renter selects that the mail does not belong to them, the piece will be placed in your Pending Assignments. You may then re-assign it to the appropriate person.
To manually unassign mail from the renter’s account follow these steps:
Log in to your Dashboard, click on Customers.
Under Renters, select or search the renter's name.
Click on the Mailboxes tab and click the Gear Icon on the right side of your screen.
A drop-down box will appear and click on View Assigned Mail.
Select the mail to undo and click Unassign at the bottom right of the page.
