Handling Wrongly Assigned Mail

Sometimes, a piece of mail might accidentally get assigned to the wrong customer. 


If this happens, the customer can let us know that the mail doesn't belong to them. 


We'll move the mail to your Pending Assignments, where you can re-assign it to the correct mailbox/customer.


To manually unassign mail from the customer's account follow these steps:

 

  • Log in to your Dashboard, and click on Customers.

  • Select or search the customer's name.

  • Click on the Mailboxes tab and click the Gear Icon on the right side of your screen.

  • A drop-down box will appear and click on View Assigned Mail.

  • Select the mail to undo and click Unassign at the bottom right of the page.
