How Can I Change My Notification Settings?


To update your email notifications, please follow the steps below:


  • Log into your Dashboard 


  • Click on Admin


  • Click on sub-tab ‘My Settings’ from the options on the left side 


  • Click on the sub-tab ‘Notifications 


  • Click on the checkmark boxes to allow/deny notifications 

    • If the blue checkmark appears, the email notification for that particular setting is ON 

    • Iff there is not checkmark in the box, the email notification for that particular setting is OFF 


  • Click the blue button ‘Update’ to save changes


Please note that not all notifications will be available to change within this list, for example, forwarding & pickup request notifications. 


This is due to their high importance and require your locations immediate action needed, therefore, they cannot be disabled.
