To update your email notifications, please follow the steps below:
Log into your Dashboard
Click on Admin
Click on sub-tab ‘My Settings’ from the options on the left side
Click on the sub-tab ‘Notifications
Click on the checkmark boxes to allow/deny notifications
If the blue checkmark appears, the email notification for that particular setting is ON
Iff there is not checkmark in the box, the email notification for that particular setting is OFF
Click the blue button ‘Update’ to save changes
Please note that not all notifications will be available to change within this list, for example, forwarding & pickup request notifications.
This is due to their high importance and require your locations immediate action needed, therefore, they cannot be disabled.
