We would be happy to conduct an account audit to identify any customers who have sourced through ATMB and confirm whether your account is linked to our merchant account.
As part of our standard procedures, we notify any renter who is 60 days delinquent and in non-payment lockout status each month. In the event that we identify a non-paying customer, we will work directly with them to find a resolution, whether that be through payment arrangements or closing down the account.
Please note that we do not conduct audits on accounts with directly sourced customers, or if your location handles your own billing.
