With that said, we want to ensure that you are aware of how we charge you for our services. To provide more information on this, we have prepared an article that covers all the details of our billing process. Active Mailbox Fee
Anytime Mailbox charges an Active Mailbox Fee which is charged on a per-customer basis.
You are charged $6.50 per customer per month for customers we bring to you through our website and $4 per customer per month for customers you add yourself.
You may add customers manually or through your own, unique sign-up page address.
This fee is collected via a credit card that you enter into the platform.
Billing & Management Fee
Anytime Mailbox handles customer invoicing for you
All revenue from customers goes from the customer's credit card to our Merchant Account, and then we will deposit your revenue each month to the bank account you have on file.
Some key points to remember:
Your customers will receive an invoice with your branding
We handle the entire collection process
We send you all collected funds minus our 5% management fee.
Monthly Software Subscription Fee
Why do we charge this fee? - So we can provide more of an exceptional level of marketing promotion, operations support, and software innovation that generates recurring revenue for you every month!
We want to bring to your attention that the monthly software subscription fee is tiered depending on the number of mailboxes you have in a month:
20 to 60 mailboxes will be charged $24.99 per month.
61 to 150 mailboxes will be charged $44.99 per month.
150 or more mailboxes will be charged $64.99.
We would like to highlight that there is no monthly software subscription fee for businesses with 19 mailboxes or fewer that are smaller or in the growth stage.
