Private notes are a handy tool you can use to add internal notes for a customer in your Dashboard.
These notes are NOT visible to your customers, and you can use them to set reminders or jot down specific instructions on how to handle their mail.
To access the Private Notes Section follow these steps:
- Log in to your Dashboard, click on Customers tab.
- Select the customer you want to make notes and click Support tab.
- Click on Update to save changes.
