Why Do Some Customers have Red Triangles Next to their Name?

When viewing your renters in the Customers tab, you may notice that some customers have a red triangle next to their name. 


This means that those customers have not been fully verified yet.


This could be for a number of reasons:


  • They have just signed up for the mailbox and have not submitted any documents yet  


  • The customer has submitted their verification documents but the application is still pending your final approval 


  • The customer submitted their verification documents, but the application was rejected, therefore the customer needs to review their own documents submitted and potentially provide more information before the application can be approved.

Please note, that any customers who have a red triangle next to their name, they have NOT been fully verified, therefore you should not be handling their mail items yet and you will NOT be able to upload anything to their mailbox yet.


Any mail items received at your location for customers who are not fully verified, should be returned to sender as per the USPS guidelines.
