How Do I Add Tracking Information for a Forwarding Request Already Marked as Completed?

If you have already marked a shipping request as completed but forgot to put in the tracking information, you can easily enter it into the request afterwards.


To do this, please follow the below steps:


  • Log into your dashboard 


  • Click on Mailroom 


  • Click on the sub-tab Shipment Manager from the left side 


  • Click on the sub-tab, Completed


  • From here, select the line of the of the completed request to open it 


  • Upon viewing the  completed request, scroll down to the bottom and on the right side click Set Tracking Number


  • Add the tracking number & click Submit to update the request
