If you have already marked a shipping request as completed but forgot to put in the tracking information, you can easily enter it into the request afterwards.
To do this, please follow the below steps:
Log into your dashboard
Click on Mailroom
Click on the sub-tab Shipment Manager from the left side
Click on the sub-tab, Completed
From here, select the line of the of the completed request to open it
Upon viewing the completed request, scroll down to the bottom and on the right side click Set Tracking Number
Add the tracking number & click Submit to update the request
