With the Grouped Mail Upload feature, you can easily upload one or more image files for a particular customer by simply dragging and dropping them into their mailbox.
This feature eliminates the need to assign the mail manually, as the image files are automatically assigned to the mailbox after upload. It's a great time-saving feature that streamlines your workflow.
To upload files using Grouped Mail Upload follow these steps:
Log in to your Dashboard, select Mailroom.
Select Grouped Mail Upload and drag and drop the folder or files to your customer's mailbox.
