The Anytime Mailbox App requires iOS 11.0 or higher.

To find the software version installed on your device, go to Settings > General, then tap About.
Android Requirements
The Anytime Mailbox App requires Android 6.0 or higher.
To find the software version installed on your Android device:
Open your phone's Settings menu.
In the menu, select and tap "System."
In the System menu, likely at or near the bottom, tap "System Update." It should tell you what version of Android your phone is running.
