The allowance of Action Requests for each Service Plan can be customized to suit your business.


Navigating to Service Plan Allowances

  • Click Customers from the top menu

  • Click Service Plans from the side menu

  • Select the Service Plan you wish to edit, and click on Action Request tab

  • Select Service from the drop-down and input data under Allowance box from the sub menu

Terminology Explained

  • Not Offered: The service is not offered under the selected Service Plan

  • Restricted: The service is offered, based on the allowance set forth

  • Unlimited: The service is offered on an unlimited basis

  • Allowance: For restricted services, how many times that service may be used in a month before the renter incurs additional charges.

Extra Count: For each count, or fraction thereof, the renter goes beyond their allowance, they will be charged the Extra Fee

Extra Fee: The additional fee to be charged for exceeding an allowance.
