How to Upload & Assign Mail to a Customers Mailbox?

We want to make it easy for you to use Anytime Mailbox with the devices you already have. You can use the following devices:

  • Smartphones

  • Tablets

  • Cameras

  • Scanners


Before you start scanning or taking pictures of your mail using smartphonestablets, or cameras, we recommend that you place your mail on a flat surface with a neutral background and ample lighting to ensure the best results.


If you're using your smartphone or tablet, simply click on the Anytime Mailbox Operator App:

  • Select the Mailroom Icon

  • Check that Assign on Upload is turned on and select a Mailbox

  • Click Upload Mail and take a photo or upload it from your camera roll 

  • Once you've captured a clear photo of your mail, click the red button and tap Done


If you're using a scanner:

  • Please follow the manufacturer's directions to scan each document to your computer. 

  • Most scanners simply require you to press the Scan button or open the scanning program on your computer and click the Scan command

  • Select the file format option (JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, or TIF). Please note that the system does not allow PDF format to be uploaded, so please select the correct file format. 

  • Save it to a folder in a location on your computer and upload it to your Dashboard.
