Understanding Service Plans

If you need to downgrade during a month that has already been paid at a higher rate, we will 

issue a prorated credit to make up for the overcharge. It's that simple!

Simply decide which of these two categories matches the modifications you want to make:


  • Create new plan pricing for future renters while keeping existing customers on their current plan.
  • Change all plans to reflect the new pricing. We strongly suggest you notify your renters at least 30 days prior to making these changes.
