Whether you have an individual renter who wants to upgrade or downgrade their services, or you want to make more general alterations to your service plan offerings (more on that later), ATMB’s system makes plan modifications incredibly easy.
You can upgrade a renter’s plan from start to finish in just seven simple steps.
Downgrades follow the exact same procedure with one notable exception. If the downgrade request comes during a month that has already been paid at the higher rate, you will also need to issue a prorated credit to their account to make up for the overcharge.

- Create new plan pricing for future renters while keeping existing customers on their current plan.
- Change all plans to reflect new pricing. We strongly suggest you notify your renters at least 30 days prior to making these changes.
