I Turned Off the Option for Customers to be Able to Request a Shipping Quote, so Why Did it Still Send them a Quote?

If you have turned OFF the option for your customers to be able to request a shipping quote, your customers will not receive this option in their platform. 

However, if you are completing a forward request within the platform & you see a popup that it has been sent to the customer as a quote for approval, this means that we were NOT able to collect the payment from the customer at that time, so the price notification has been sent to the customer so they can update their payment on file so you can complete the shipment. 

If this happens, do NOT ship the mail item, you will need to wait for the customer to approve the quote, which means that their payment has been updated and you can collect the payment. When this happens, you will see a number notification under the Approved section of Forwarding on your dashboard.
