You can easily manage mail items for your customers by using our app to upload mail items to their mailbox.
Simply download on your mobile device or tablet the Anytime Mailbox Mail Center App. You can easily identify this app with its orange and white logo.
Once you have downloaded the app on your device, simply follow these steps to assign mail items to your virtual mailbox customers:
Log into the app using your email address and password (this will be the same as you use to log in using the Desktop
Once logged in, click on Mailroom at the bottom for the screen
On the next screen. Ensure Assign on Upload is toggled ON
Once assign on upload is on, another box underneath will appear, which is where you can then select which mailbox customer the mail belongs to
Once the customer is selected, click on Upload Mail
You will be asked if you want to upload a photo you previously have taken OR to take a photo, which is more recommended (you may need to give the app permission to access your camera if this is your first time using the app)
Align your device camera over the mail item, and then click the RED button to take a photo
On the next screen, you will be able to see the photo you captured and be able to rotate it and crop it as needed. Once you are happy with the photo, click on the RED button once more
The mail item will now be uploaded to that customers mailbox and you will be taken back to the camera screen to take more photos if more mail items for the renter selected (if needed, if not you can return to the mailroom screen to select a different customer to assign mail items to)
Please note, the mail center app is for initial mail upload ONLY.
All other action requests, such as scanning, will need to be completed from the desktop.
