Viewing Non-Payment Lockout Customers

We provide a Non-Payment Lockout report every month which summarises customers who have missed their payments. This report helps you keep track of which customers may require follow-up for payment.

To view your Non-payment lockout customers follow these steps:

  • From your Dashboard, click Reports.

  • Click Reports on the left side for the drop-down menu.

  • Select Customers.

  • Then, click Non-Payment Lockout Renters.
