How Can I Determine if the Customer Will be Charged for Each Action Request We Fulfil on Their Behalf?

How the customer is charged for action requests depends on the service plan they are assigned. 

The customer will be automatically charged per request as it has been set up by your location.

To review your service plans & charges to your customers action requests, please follow the steps stated below:

  • Log into your Dashboard 

  • Click on Customers

  • Click on the sub-tab, Service Plans, on the left side 

  • Click on the line item for the service plan you would lie to view 

  • View the service plan offerings & additional charges to your customers on the Overview sub-tab 

  • To update the service plan officers & additional charges to you customers in the Action Requests sub-tab 

Please note: We do NOT recommend updating your service plans without notifying your customers first, to avoid disputes.
