Customers are welcome to request additional authorized recipients on their account, even after it has already been set up.
An authorized recipient can be either a person's name or a business name which is added onto a mailbox.
Once the authorized recipient has submitted the verification documents required, they are able to receive mail at the same mailbox as the original customer stated on the mailbox.
We wanted to let you know that in case a customer requests additional recipients, they will be billed based on the allowances and fees for the plan they are currently under.
