How to Update Your Branded URL and Logo After a Business Name Change

If your business name has changed, it’s important to update your branding settings in the Operator Portal. This ensures consistency across your portal, and customer-facing communications. You'll need to update both your custom URL and business logo.

Steps to Update Your Branding

1. Log in to the Operator Portal

2. Update Your Custom URL

  • Go to Profile > Branding > Custom URL

  • Enter your new business name in the Custom URL field

  • Click Update to apply the changes

3. Update Your Business Logo

  • Go to Profile > Branding > Logo

  • Upload the updated logo that reflects your new business name

  • Click Update to finalize

4. Verify Your Updated Branded URL

  • Go to Admin > Applications > Renter Login Page

    • You should now see your updated branded URL

    • Click the link to ensure it still routes to the renter login page

Note: The link under Admin > Applications > Signup Page may take time to update.
 To get your new signup page URL:

  • Go back to the Renter Login Page

  • Click "Virtual Mailbox Signup"

  • Copy the new URL from the top of the browser window

Important Notes

  • Make sure both the URL and logo reflect your new business name and follow your brand guidelines.

  • If you're unsure about the format or need help uploading your logo, please contact our support team.

  • Once updates are complete, notify Anytime Mailbox Operator Support so they’re aware of the changes.
