The BCG Upload Solution Service is offered at a tiered cost structure:
- $3 per record for renters with the new USPS Form 1583 (Post-July 2023).
- $6 per record for renters using the old version of Form 1583 (Pre-July 2023).
These fees are deducted from your location's monthly payout.
The difference in pricing reflects the additional resources required for processing the older forms, including software development, marketing, and customer support aimed at encouraging renters to submit the new forms, remain compliant, and continue receiving mail at your location.
