How to acquire renters on your own:

  • To help you grow your renter base, we offer two methods that allow you to source renters directly to the Anytime Mailbox platform. However, it's important to note that as an Operating Partner, you are responsible for obtaining any required documentation from the renter


  • Manually add the renter to the platform. See how to do this here.

  • Share your custom sign-up URL and/or embed it on your website. This link is available on your platform on the Admin tab, select the Applications and Sign Up tab. Renters can follow this link to view their location's service plans, sign up, and submit any required documents. You will receive an email when a renter completes this form, and the form will sit within the Pending Assignments box on your Dashboard.

How Anytime Mailbox sources renters for you:

  • As an Operating Partner with Anytime Mailbox, you can take advantage of our global online marketing campaigns to source renters for your location. The best part? We handle all the required documentation for these renters, making it even easier for you to grow your renter base. When a new renter signs up through one of our campaigns, you will receive an email notification from us, requesting your approval to activate the account.

  • By choosing to list your location on the Anytime Mailbox website, you make it easy for renters to view your service plans and sign up directly.
