Our system automatically sends email notifications based on certain triggers or actions in your dashboard.
If you want to review these notifications, you can do so by checking the Email Log.
To View Email Notifications follow these steps:
- Log in to your Dashboard, click on Customers tab.
- Click Email Log on the left side of your screen, and you will see a list of email notifications.
- At the top-right a Search Option is available. Input the renter’s email address to look for all the automatic email notifications that were sent to that customer.
Tip: Expand the search results by clicking Records a drop-down box in the top right corner.
