You now have the option to see the list of authorized recipients and the ability to edit, delete and approve authorized recipients in their portal.

  • Log in to your Dashboard, click Customer.

  • Click Authorized Recipients, and select a Recipient from the list.

  • Click Files, to review the documents uploaded by the renter.

  • If the verification documents submitted by the renter is within your standard.

  • Go back to the Details tab, click the drop-down box beside Status.

  • Select Approved, and Update.

Note: To edit or delete renter information select Details, make the necessary changes, then click Update. The delete option will also be available here. The renter will also see the status for this application in their portal.
