Great news! We're excited to let you know that you now have the option to view the list of authorized recipients and also have the ability to edit, delete, and approve authorized recipients directly from your portal. We hope this new feature will help streamline your mailbox management.

  • Log in to your Dashboard, click Customer.

  • Click Authorized Recipients, and select a Recipient from the list.

  • Click Files, to review the documents uploaded by the renter.

  • If the verification documents submitted by the renter is within your standard.

  • Go back to the Details tab, click the drop-down box beside Status.

  • Select Approved, and Update.

Please note that the renter will also be able to see the status of their application in their portal.
