We're pleased to let you know that assigning new plans to your renters is a breeze with your Anytime Mailbox portal. Our user-friendly platform makes it easy to manage your renters' plans, so you can quickly and efficiently make any necessary updates.

To assign a new plan, follow these steps:

  • From your Dashboard, click Customers.

  • Under Renters, select or search the renter's name.

  • Click Mailboxes.

  • Click the Gear Icon on the right side, and select Remove Service Plan.

  • Click the gear icon again, and select Add Service Plan.


We'd like to bring to your attention that our current system does not automatically issue credits when a service plan is removed. If your renter has paid for the whole month and you need to remove their plan, you may need to give them a prorated credit for the previous plan.
