Assigning new plans to renters is easy using your Anytime Mailbox portal. 

To assign a new plan, follow these steps:

  • From your Dashboard, click Customers.

  • Under Renters, select or search the renter's name.

  • Click Mailboxes.

  • Click the Gear Icon on the right side, and select Remove Service Plan.

  • Click the gear icon again, and select Add Service Plan.


NOTE: Currently, our system does not automatically issue credits when removing a service plan. If the renter paid for the whole month, you may have to give them a prorated credit for their previous plan.
