We're pleased to let you know that assigning new plans to your renters is a breeze with your Anytime Mailbox portal. Our user-friendly platform makes it easy to manage your renters' plans, so you can quickly and efficiently make any necessary updates.
To assign a new plan, follow these steps:
From your Dashboard, click Customers.
Under Renters, select or search the renter's name.
Click the Gear Icon on the right side, and select Remove Service Plan.
Click the gear icon again, and select Add Service Plan.
We'd like to bring to your attention that our current system does not automatically issue credits when a service plan is removed. If your renter has paid for the whole month and you need to remove their plan, you may need to give them a prorated credit for the previous plan.
