Assigning a Service Plan

We're pleased to let you know that assigning new plans to your renters is a breeze with your Anytime Mailbox portal. 


Our user-friendly platform makes it easy to manage your customers' plans, so you can quickly and efficiently make any necessary updates.



To assign a new plan, follow these steps:


  • From your Dashboard, click Customers.

  • Select or search the customer's name.

  • Click Mailboxes.

  • Click the Gear Icon on the right side, and select Add Service Plan

  • Select the appropriate Service Plan and the Billing Cycle

  • Select when you want to Charge the customer for the service plan

  • Charge on next recurring date (which will be on the 1st of next month) OR
  • Charge card now
