You must first set up a Demo Renter Account. See instructions on how to do that here.

You can assign mail to this mailbox and log in to the Demo Renter Account to manage it, just like how a renter would. This allows you to test the renter experience.

To log in to a Demo Renter Account follow these steps: 

  • From your Dashboard, select Customers.

  • Under Renters, select or search your Demo Renter's name.

  • Select the Demo Renter Account.

  • Click Support from the top sub menu.

  • Click Log in to Renter Portal.
