We issue NPRC (Non-Paying Renter Credits) for deleted/closed accounts with open balances.
However, this policy only applies to Anytime Mailbox sourced customers.
For a direct sourced customer, unfortunately, you are not eligible for these credits. We kindly ask that you work directly with any customers who have open balances to settle them in a timely manner.
Please note that for customers sourced by Anytime Mailbox under your own Merchant Account, we have implemented a two-month cap on open balances. After this period, we kindly ask that you reach out to these customers and work with them directly to settle any remaining balances.
