Once a renter applies for service, Anytime Mailbox sends one automated email reminding the renter to submit the required documents to activate their mailbox.

Once the documents are received, Anytime Mailbox will review their files. If there are any corrections or missing documents from the renter, Anytime Mailbox will again communicate this to the renter via email.
