Setting Business Hours and your Calendar is important to let us know when your business is operating. 


This will also let your renters know when they can come and pick up their mail.


To Set up your Business Hours follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Dashboard, click the Admin tab.

  • Click on the Business Hour tab. The system will automatically default to 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Update the fields to your preferred Business Hours and click the Update button.

Note: It is important to make sure that your business hours are correct at all times so that our software knows when you are open or closed.


To Set Up your Calendar follow these steps:

The system automatically sets Holidays based on your geographical location. To customize your Calendar, follow the steps below


  • Log in to your Dashboard, click the Admin tab.

  • Click on the Calendar tab.

  • Click on the Cogs Wheel on the right side of your screen, select Edit. A pop-up box will appear to customize your Calendar.

  • Click Submit to save changes.
