By setting your Business Hours and Calendar, you can inform us of your operating hours and let your renters know when they can expect to pick up their mail. 

This helps us ensure that your mail room is staffed and ready to serve your renters during those hours.

To Set up your Business Hours follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Dashboard, click the Admin tab.

  • Click on the Business Hour tab. The system will automatically default to 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Update the fields to your preferred Business Hours and click the Update button.

Note: To ensure that our software operates smoothly, it is important to keep your business hours updated at all times. This allows our system to accurately determine when you are open or closed, which can greatly benefit both you and your renters.

To Set Up your Calendar follow these steps:

To make sure your calendar accurately reflects your business schedule, you can customize your Holidays and Special Hours. By default, the system sets holidays based on your geographical location, but you can make adjustments as needed.

  • Log in to your Dashboard, click the Admin tab.

  • Click on the Calendar tab.

  • Click on the Cogs Wheel on the right side of your screen, select Edit. A pop-up box will appear to customize your Calendar.

  • Click Submit to save changes.
