Every location is allowed one Demo Renter Account to test the Renter experience. Setting up this Demo Account follows the same process as adding a Renter to the platform, while automatically assigning a mailbox to the account. Note that payment info is not needed for this account.
You must create a Renter Account prior to setting up this demo mailbox. See how to add a renter here.
To set up a demo renter account follow these steps:
- Log in to your Dashboard, click Customers.
- Under Renters, select the Renter Name that will serve as the demo account.
- Click Mailboxes in the sub top menu.
- Click Assign Mailbox.
- Select No Charge Demo Mailbox under the Billing Type.
- Choose any mailbox number available and fill out the remaining details.
- Click Assign.
