As an Anytime Mailbox operating partner, you are entitled to one Demo Renter Account that you can use to test the renter experience. You can set up this account in the same way you would add a regular renter, but payment information is not required. Once the account is created, you can then assign a mailbox to it.

Before setting up a demo mailbox, you will need to create a Renter Account first. This is a simple process that can be done through the Admin tab on your Anytime Mailbox platform. Once you have a Renter Account, you can easily set up a demo mailbox for testing purposes.

To set up a demo renter account follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Dashboard, click Customers.

  • Under Renters, select the Renter Name that will serve as the demo account.

  • Click Mailboxes in the sub top menu.

  • Click Assign Mailbox.

  • Select No Charge Demo Mailbox under the Billing Type.

  • Choose any mailbox number available and fill out the remaining details.

  • Click Assign.
