There might be instances that a renter will request to upgrade or downgrade their service plan.
To change a renter's Service Plan follow these steps:
- Log in to your Dashboard, and click Customers.
- Under Renters, select or search the renter's name you wish to change the service plan.
- Click the Mailboxes tab, click the Gear Icon on the right-hand side.
- Select Change Service Plan.
- Select the appropriate Service Plan and the Billing Cycle. The Plan Start date will always be on the next billing cycle.
