Changing a Customer's Service Plan

Sometimes, a customer may request to upgrade or downgrade their service plan. 


This could be due to changing business needs or other reasons. 


To change a Customer's Service Plan follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Dashboard, and click Customers

  • Select or search the customer's name you wish to change the service plan.

  • Click the Mailboxes tab, click the Gear Icon on the right-hand side.

  • Select Change Service Plan.

  • Select the appropriate Service Plan and the Billing Cycle. The Plan Start date will always be on the next billing cycle.
